What deletion means
Account access ends, but not every record is always erased on the same second.
Operational data can be deleted or anonymised, while some transaction, security or dispute records may remain for a defined legal period.
- Profile and spread data should follow the approved retention policy.
- Private files should be removed or archived only when a valid basis exists.
- Accounting records may be retained under tax obligations.
- Backups expire according to the backup lifecycle rather than through live-database editing.
