3. Scope and nature of the services
The Operator supplies electronic services including Accounts, saved people and entity profiles, Quick Spreads, spread history, Subscriptions and orders for Reader Spreads.
The User's contract is with the Operator. The Tarot Reader performs the selected service as a person engaged by the Operator for that order.
Spreads are symbolic, reflective and entertainment services. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment or financial advice and do not replace assistance from a qualified professional.
Neither the Operator nor a Tarot Reader guarantees any future event, life outcome or predictive accuracy. The User remains solely responsible for decisions made after receiving a spread.
The Application is available only to persons aged 18 or over.
4. Technical requirements
The User is responsible for the security of the device, email account and credentials. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security or failure recovery.
- a device with Internet access and a current browser supporting JavaScript and necessary cookies or local storage;
- an active email address for registration, confirmations and support;
- for paid services, a payment method supported by the payment provider shown in the Application;
- for social sign-in, an active Google or Apple account and acceptance of that provider's terms.
5. Registration and Account
An Account may be created with an email address and password or through available Google or Apple sign-in. Account creation requires acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy.
The User must provide accurate, current information that does not infringe third-party rights. Accounts and credentials may not be shared.
Suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly. The Operator may temporarily secure an Account where necessary to protect the User, other persons or the system.
Each person should maintain one Account unless the Operator approves another arrangement.
6. Profiles, relationships and third-party data
The User may save information needed for spreads, including a name or label, relationship, description, photograph, date, time and place of birth and, for an entity, its name, type, description and optional formation date.
When adding another person's data, the User confirms having a lawful basis to use it for the selected purpose and having provided any legally required privacy information to that person.
Do not submit identity-document numbers, login credentials, full medical records or other information unnecessary for the service. The service is not designed for special-category personal data. The Operator may remove excessive or unlawful content and request a new submission.
7. AstroMatrix™ Quick Spreads
A Quick Spread is prepared after the User selects a profile, scope and spread type. The User does not enter a question in this path.
The Application shows an estimated preparation time; a spread is normally ready within a few minutes. The estimate is not guaranteed and may be extended by technical conditions or demand.
The first Quick Spread may be provided free of charge under the conditions shown in the Application. Further spreads require an available allowance, Subscription or separate payment where offered.
The completed spread is assigned to the Account and may remain available in history subject to plan functions and retention rules.
8. Spreads prepared by experienced tarot readers
Before purchase, the User selects a Tarot Reader, service type, scope, price, currency and stated delivery time. The User may provide a question and context necessary for performance.
After successful payment, the assigned Tarot Reader receives only the information required to fulfil that order.
The Operator may provide technology supporting organisation of materials, card recognition or preparation of a draft. The final Reader Spread is reviewed and delivered by the assigned Tarot Reader.
If the selected Tarot Reader cannot perform, the Operator will offer another reader, a new delivery time or an appropriate refund. A reader will not be changed without notifying the User.
9. Contract formation and prices
Information on the Website is descriptive. The binding price, currency, scope and delivery time are shown in the Application immediately before the order is placed.
A contract is formed when the User places the order, accepts the required statements, successfully pays where payment is required, and receives an order confirmation in the Account or on a durable medium.
Prices include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. The Polish offer is shown in PLN and the English offer may be shown in EUR.
Discounts, promotional codes and free periods may be offered under conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.
10. Subscriptions and renewals
A Subscription renews automatically on the monthly or annual cycle shown at purchase. Stripe or the current payment provider charges the saved payment method.
Spread allowances are granted in the periods stated in the plan. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, unused allowances do not roll over.
The User may disable the next renewal in the Account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Disabling renewal is not the same as exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
If a renewal payment fails, the Operator or Stripe may retry the charge or limit access after the paid period ends.
Price changes are not retroactive. Material changes to a renewal price or conditions will be communicated before the next period in a manner that allows cancellation.
11. Payments, documents and refunds
Payments are technically processed through WooCommerce and Stripe or another provider identified in the Application. The Operator does not receive full payment-card details.
Sales documents are issued using the information provided with the order, subject to applicable law and the sales configuration.
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless the parties agree otherwise or this is technically impossible. Posting time also depends on the payment provider and bank.
12. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer entering into a distance contract generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
For a paid Quick Spread delivered as digital content before the end of the 14-day period, the Operator may begin supply after obtaining the Consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance is completed. If the required consent or information was not properly collected, statutory rights remain unaffected.
For a Reader Spread or another service begun at the Consumer's express request during the withdrawal period, a Consumer withdrawing before full performance may have to pay a proportionate amount for performance supplied up to withdrawal. The right may be lost after full performance where the legally required consent and acknowledgment were obtained before performance began.
For a Subscription, statutory withdrawal is separate from disabling recurring renewal. If the Consumer requested access before the end of the withdrawal period, settlement follows applicable consumer law.
A withdrawal statement may be sent to admin@astrotarotonline.com. The model form at the end of these Terms is optional.
13. Complaints and conformity of digital services
Complaints may be sent to admin@astrotarotonline.com. Include the Account email, order number, description and date of the issue and the requested resolution where possible.
The Operator responds to a Consumer complaint within 14 days of receipt unless mandatory law provides another deadline.
Where digital content or a digital service is not in conformity with the contract, the Consumer may exercise statutory remedies, including bringing it into conformity, a price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met.
A difference between a symbolic interpretation and the User's personal expectation is not automatically a lack of conformity where the service was supplied according to the stated scope, selected cards and offer.
14. Prohibited use
- using the services unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights, privacy or accepted standards;
- submitting defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful content or malicious code;
- impersonation, unauthorized access, credential sharing or bypassing security controls;
- automated scraping, excessive requests, reverse engineering or interference with the Application;
- commercial resale or mass publication of spreads without the Operator's permission;
- using a spread instead of emergency, medical, legal, financial or safety assistance where such assistance is required.
15. Intellectual property
Rights in the Application, Website, marks, layout, code, databases, Operator materials and AstroMatrix™ belong to the Operator or relevant licensors.
The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use spreads supplied to that User for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The User retains rights in submitted content and grants the Operator a non-exclusive authorization to process it as needed to provide the service, maintain security, handle complaints and meet legal duties.
16. Availability, updates and function changes
The Operator may supply updates required for conformity, security and functionality. Users should use a current browser and should not block updates necessary for proper operation.
Functions that are not an essential element of a paid service may be changed or replaced for justified technical, legal or business reasons. Changes do not limit mandatory Consumer rights.
17. Liability
The Operator is liable for non-performance or improper performance in accordance with mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Consumer rights that cannot be contractually excluded.
The Operator is not responsible for life, career, relationship or financial decisions taken solely on the basis of a spread or for expectations about future events that the service does not guarantee.
For Users who are not Consumers, liability for lost profits is excluded and aggregate liability, except for intentional damage, is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
18. Suspension, cancellation and Account deletion
The User may disable Subscription renewal and request Account deletion from within the Application or by contacting the Operator.
Before deletion, the User should download needed content and review active orders and Subscriptions. Account deletion does not undo completed performance or remove records the Operator must retain for accounting, evidence or claims.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal duty, after requesting that the breach stop where the circumstances reasonably allow.
19. Personal data and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
Users should review those documents before providing another person's data or placing an order containing private context.
20. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms for important reasons, including changes in law, functions, security, payment methods, service model or Operator details.
Changes affecting an ongoing contract or Subscription will be communicated with appropriate advance notice. If a change materially disadvantages the User and is not directly required by law, the User may terminate before it takes effect.
21. Governing law and dispute resolution
Polish law applies, but this choice does not deprive a Consumer of protection granted by mandatory law of the Consumer's habitual residence.
The Operator encourages direct contact and amicable resolution. A Polish Consumer may seek assistance from a local consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection authority or an appropriate consumer ADR body.
Disputes with a User who is not a Consumer are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of business unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
22. Language versions and final provisions
These Terms are available in Polish and English and are intended to convey the same meaning. If an interpretive difference remains, the Polish version is the reference version to the extent permitted by the law applicable to the User.
These Terms are effective from 31 July 2026.
